Meet the Management Team

Hans Fredrik Johansen


Mr. Johansen is an experienced international business development professional. His experience includes channel and direct sales throughout the value chain in several software and technology companies. Johansen has previously been Country Manager at MAP Skandinaviska, Business Manager at Ingram Micro, and Partner Manager at Confirmit. In his previous venture, Johansen established the Swedish company MAP Skandinaviska in Norway and succeeded in making the MAP Applications the market leader in Norway. Prior to being appointed to the position of CEO at Media Network Services, Mr. Johansen was serving as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Johansen received his Master of Business and Economics from The Norwegian School of Management BI (1997).

Kjell Oksendal

CMO and SVP Alliances

Mr. Oksendal is a seasoned B2B sales and marketing professional with extensive experience from various regions including Europe, North America and APAC. Kjell Oksendal joined MNS on January 2010, initially as management for hire and later on as a permanent member of the management team. Prior to joining MNS, Kjell Oksendal was the global Vice President of marketing for Confirmit. Kjell Oksendal received his Master of Science in Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School in 1999.

Thor André Talhaug


Mr. Talhaug is MSc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics, State Authorized Public Accountant and Authorized Financial Analyst. He was employed with Deloitte from 1990-1994 and then at SEB / Enskilda Securites as Director/ Partner in the Corporate Finance department until 2004. After this he has served as part-time CFO in a hand-full of technology companies in Oslo.

Haakon Bryhni

Chief Solution Architect

Mr. Bryhni is a serial founder of high technology research based companies. He completed his PhD in high speed communication and multiprocessor server systems at the University of Oslo (1998), and his MSc at the Norwegian Institute of Technology in Trondheim (1991). Previous experience includes Norwegian Defence Research Establishment, and high speed internet protocols at Apple Research Labs in Cupertino, CA. Bryhni was co-founder of Advanced Communication Technology in 1998. This company was acquired by Birdstep Technology ASA in 2000, where Bryhni served as CTO until 2006. Bryhni received the Telenor research award in 2005.
